Located at the bottom of the Gulf, the marina is equipped to accomodate a hundred boats of passage, and there each year, they are nearly 6.000 to come to make slackening. Destimé to satisfy all the types of pleasure sailing, the port makes it possible all the hulls (until 40m of length and 3,50m with draught) to come to shelter the time of a stopover.
Services such as the setting with water, the distribution of fuel or even the naval repair shops are at disposal. The boats with quay can be restocked with fresh water, electricity and ice.
Inside the harbour office, one can benefit from sanitary facilities, of an automatic laundry, services of information or phone boxes. The “demand for ring” is carried out obviously near the harbour office which will be able to also provide you all the information concerning the mooring, the weather (daily posting).
If you wish to take part in regattas, the members of the Yacht Club will announce their calendar to you.
The very near periphery offers a unit all trade: hirers out of boats and cars, shipchandlers, hotels, restaurants, coffees, glaciers, rum distilleries, breweries, pancake shops, mini-markets, grocers, point-expenses, bakeries, tobacco-memories, changes, estate agencies, travel agencies, doctors, pharmacies…
After the marina, is the commercial port where the cargo and passenger ships accost, which ensure all the year the connection with Marseille. Sardinia and Italy (Leghorn, Genoa, Naples) are also served by ferries in season.
Salt-water Marshes:
The 60 ha the saline ones with the mouth of Stabacciu, offer splendid with in background the high city. Access vis-a-vis the harbour station. |
